A glance remembered...

I noticed something when I was younger. I see photographs, even when I am not looking for them. My brain processes images first as a picture, whether it ends up as a photo or not. It almost makes me feel that photographs are looking for me. A sideways glance sometimes creates an image that I can not resist. I have learned to stop and take the shot. I am lucky that I live where there are so many "blue-sky days" and that I usually have the few minuets it takes to capture what I have already seen in my head.

I sometimes find pictures within other pictures and some are just there waiting for me to capture them.

This windmill provided an opportunity to make two other photos.

An interesting closeup opportunity.

A sideways glance made me stop for this one.

A change of angle and a switch to Back & White completely changed the mood.

The black and white image here reminds me of Dorothy riding her bike in Kansas.

AWESOME! Please keep the photo's and brainstorming coming!

I think you could teach us novice children a few things!

I get that from you dad for sure! I think & see in pictures. I feel terrible when I don't have a camera in my hands to capture a moment... and when I finally get it the moment is gone.

I have had to tell myself that I am not going to be ABLE to capture it ALL.... I hate that!
