Monday morning I was on my way to Tulsa (in the dark, of course) and I ran into fog. Fog is one of my favorite effects to photograph. I decided to take Route 60 instead of the turnpike, because it allows me to stop, and the turnpike does not. I went east and headed toward Ponca City. One of these days I will shoot some of the Oil Barron Mansions there. The timing was just about right as I reached the edge of the tall-grass prairie, the sun was staring to come up.
